T20 World Cup 2024: There has been no reduction in the excitement of cricket after the conclusion of the ODI World Cup 2023. This year T20 World Cup 2024 will be jointly organized in West Indies and USA. Cricket fans around the world are very excited for the T20 World Cup 2024. Today the schedule of T20 World Cup 2024 has been released. The first match of the tournament will be played between USA and Canada. Team India will start its campaign from June 5.

This time something new will happen in T20 World Cup 2024

This time the tournament will be played in a slightly different form. All the teams participating in the tournament will be divided into four groups of five teams each. in group-a India, Pakistan, Ireland, Canada and America are included. Reigning champions England are in Group B along with Australia, Namibia, Scotland and Oman. Whereas host West Indies New Zealand is in Group C along with Afghanistan, Uganda and Papua New Guinea.

Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, South Africa, Netherlands and Nepal have been placed in Group D. USA will host all the group matches of T20 World Cup 2024. But Group D is the only group whose matches will be played in both West Indies and USA. The teams finishing in the top-2 at the end of the group round will advance to the Super-8 round.
