Karthik has decided to call time on his cricketing career after IPL 2024.
Indian cricket team’s experienced wicketkeeper batsman Dinesh Karthik has recently announced his retirement from cricket. Cricket fraternity as well as fellow cricketers are seen congratulating Karthik on his 20-year long cricketing career.
So now a new name has been added to this list, that of experienced batsman Shikhar Dhawan. Karthik played his last international match for Team India on 2 November 2022 against Bangladesh in the last T20 World Cup. So in the ongoing IPL, he was seen playing his last match for RCB against Rajasthan Royals on 22 May.
