During the Indian Premier League 2023, West Indies’ best batsman Nicholas Pooran liked the famous dish Dal Bati Churma very much and he also shared its video on social media. Nicholas Puran had eaten this dish in Rajasthan and Avesh Khan and Ravi Bishnoi also went to the restaurant with him.

After 1 year, the aggressive West Indies batsman revealed that people all over the world are calling him by the name of this dish. Nicholas Puran said that whenever the fans used to call him by his name, he did not give him any emotion at all, however after this people started calling him Dal Baati, hearing which even the vice-captain of Lucknow Super Giants could not stop laughing. Nicholas Puran revealed this after the match played between Lucknow Super Giants and Punjab Kings at Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow.

Nicholas Puran started laughing and said, ‘Wherever I went, everyone used to call me Nikki P, Nikki P and I used to ignore them and go away. However, after this people started calling me Dal Baati and I started laughing.
