55 lakhs is a lot for me: Rinku Singh

Before the Indian Premier League 2024 auction, Kolkata Knight Riders retained Rinku Singh for Rs 55 lakh. Regarding this, Rinku Singh said, ’50-55 lakh rupees is a lot for me. When I started, I did not think so much about earning money. At that time I was a child and even 10-5 rupees were enough for me. Now I am getting 55 lakh rupees and I am very happy with it. This is a lot of money for me.’

Rinku Singh further said, ‘Whenever I come out to bat, I play according to the match. My goal is to bat by understanding the situation. I want to play in all formats. Recently I got a chance to play ODI matches in South Africa. I am working hard and pray that I get a chance to play in Tests very soon. This is my main goal.’
