SRH played their last match on this ground against Royal Challengers Bangalore, where they lost by 35 runs. Hazlewood dismissed Virat for the 10th time in international cricket and the fourth time in Test cricket. Earlier, Kohli had not been able to show anything special in the Test series against Bangladesh and New Zealand. Seeing such performance of Virat in the very first match of Border-Gavaskar Trophy, the tension of the fans has increased.
