Team India Got Water Salute at Mumbai Airport: Recently, the Indian cricket team has won the title of T20 World Cup 2024. It is worth noting that the final match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup was played on 29 June at Kingston Oval ground in Barbados, West Indies, between India and South Africa (IND vs SA). In the final match, Team India created history by winning the match by 7 runs.

Rohit Sharma became the second captain after MS Dhoni to lead India to victory in the ICC T20 World Cup after 17 years. Before Rohit, Team India had won the first edition of the T20 World Cup in 2007 under the leadership of former captain Dhoni.

On the other hand, after winning the T20 World Cup 2024, Team India returned home on July 4, where a felicitation ceremony will be held at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai for the players of the team along with the support staff and coaches. However, when the Indian cricket team reached Mumbai airport to participate in this ceremony, it was given a warm welcome.

Finn praised him a lot and even said that he is the best player in the world. Speaking with former England captain Alastair Cook on TNT Sports, Steven Finn said, “Jaiswal scored a brilliant 161, but he is the player I like to watch. That is Jasprit Bumrah. I think he really is the best player in the world. Honestly, sometimes I think bowling like him is a joke! You see him bowling and you just think, I’m glad I don’t have to come out to bat.” He further said, “I was surprised that India went there (Australia) and defeated Australia, where usually it is very difficult to go and play cricket. Perth, I know it’s not the WACA; I know it’s a new stadium, but still, historically, Australia hasn’t lost many matches there. I thought India performed very bravely there.” Let us tell you that, Bumrah now has 118 wickets in 27 Test matches in SENA countries at an impressive average of 22.55, which also includes his career best performance (6/33). During this period, he has taken five wicket hauls 7 times, which is equal to Kapil Dev. They are followed by BS Chandrashekhar and Zaheer Khan (six each), and Bishan Singh Bedi and Anil Kumble (five each).
