The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 is to be held soon after IPL 2024. This mega tournament will be hosted by USA and West Indies. Meanwhile, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has released a new song composed by Grammy Award-winning musician Lorne Balfe.

This new anthem attempts to reflect the emotions across all formats of cricket. The video includes clips from different World Cup tournaments. Along with this, an attempt has been made to showcase the major teams. Let us tell you that Lorne Balfe, who composed this new ICC anthem, has given his music for films like Mission: Impossible, Black Widow and Top Gun: Maverick.

Lorne Balfe is feeling very proud about this international project. He said that it was a proud feeling to work with ICC and release the new anthem song. This anthem song will promote unity.

Finn praised him a lot and even said that he is the best player in the world. Speaking with former England captain Alastair Cook on TNT Sports, Steven Finn said, “Jaiswal scored a brilliant 161, but he is the player I like to watch. That is Jasprit Bumrah. I think he really is the best player in the world. Honestly, sometimes I think bowling like him is a joke! You see him bowling and you just think, I’m glad I don’t have to come out to bat.” He further said, “I was surprised that India went there (Australia) and defeated Australia, where usually it is very difficult to go and play cricket. Perth, I know it’s not the WACA; I know it’s a new stadium, but still, historically, Australia hasn’t lost many matches there. I thought India performed very bravely there.” Let us tell you that, Bumrah now has 118 wickets in 27 Test matches in SENA countries at an impressive average of 22.55, which also includes his career best performance (6/33). During this period, he has taken five wicket hauls 7 times, which is equal to Kapil Dev. They are followed by BS Chandrashekhar and Zaheer Khan (six each), and Bishan Singh Bedi and Anil Kumble (five each).
