When this happened for the second time, the Afghanistan team was in a very good position and Bangladesh was two runs behind under the DLS rule at that time. Afghanistan’s head coach Jonathan Trott indicated from the dugout that bowling should be done slowly and not in a hurry so that the rain intensifies a little more and the match stops.

As soon as Noor Ahmed was about to bowl the next ball of this over, Gulbadin Naib immediately fell down at his place. He pretended that he had cramps and now he could not stand. In the meantime, the rain became heavy and the umpire had to stop the match.

Regarding this whole matter, India’s experienced spinner Ravichandran Ashwin tweeted on his official social media account. Now Gulbadin Naib has put forth his side on this tweet.
