T20WC 2024: Lalit Modi’s temper got high after seeing the price of a ticket for India-Pakistan match, lashed out at ICC


The match between India and Pakistan in the T20 World Cup 2024 will be played on June 9 in New York.

IND vs PAK Match Tickets Price: ICC T-20 World Cup 2024 is going to start soon. ICC has almost completed all the preparations regarding this. This tournament will be played from June 2 to June 29 hosted by USA and West Indies. During this period, 8 matches will be played in New York, which also includes India vs Pakistan match.

ICC has issued tickets for the matches, which cost lakhs. According to ICC, the price of diamond category ticket is 20 thousand dollars (about 16.55 lakhs). Seeing this, Lalit Modi got enraged and he targeted ICC by posting on social media.

Father of IPL, Lalit Modi, while posting on X, wrote, ‘I am surprised to know that ICC is selling diamond category tickets for India-Pakistan match for 20 thousand dollars. On the very first ball, Abhishek Sharma sent the ball out of the ground with a huge six. Abhishek created space and hit the shot over extra cover. The ball first fell on the roof and then bounced out of the ground. Abhishek had scored 23 runs by hitting one four and 3 sixes in this over bowled by Simlen. He played a brilliant inning of 36 runs in 18 balls with the help of 2 fours and 4 sixes. He had earlier played a half-century in the third T20. India recorded the second highest total- In the fourth T20 match, the Indian team won the toss and batted first and scored 283 runs on the board at the loss of one wicket. This is India’s second highest total in T20 International. Sanju Samson played an unbeaten inning of 109 runs in 56 balls with the help of 6 fours and 9 sixes. At the same time, Tilak Verma played an unbeaten inning of 120 runs in 47 balls with the help of 9 fours and 10 sixes. There was a record partnership of 210* runs for the second wicket between the two batsmen. Only Lutho Sipamla was the successful bowler for South Africa, he took one wicket for 58 runs in 4 overs.
