The terms and conditions governing the bidding process, including eligibility requirements, bid submission process, rights and obligations, etc., are contained in the ‘Request for Quotation’ (“RFQ”), which is for an amount of Rs 1,00,000 (only one Lakhs Indian Rupees) will be made available on receipt of payment of non-refundable fee.
