Before him, Shankar Saini of Delhi had done this feat in 1988 and Mohammad Mudashir of Jammu and Kashmir had done this feat in 2018. They now top Elite Group D with 26 points after six rounds. For his brilliant performance, Kulwant was also awarded the Player of the Match award. Khejroliya IPL Have also played.
