IPL 2024: KL Rahul got approval from NCA but LSG may have to face difficulties in the initial matches.

(Photo Source: IPL/BCCI) Brilliant wicketkeeper batsman KL Rahul has passed the fitness test from the National Cricket Academy, Bengaluru and he can be seen performing well for Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premier League 2024. KL Rahul will join the Lucknow team on March 20. Let us tell you, Lucknow Super Giants have to play their first match of the Indian Premier League 2024 against Rajasthan Royals on March 24 at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. According to the Economic Times, a BCCI source revealed, ‘KL Rahul has been approved by the National Cricket Academy and the brilliant player will join the Lucknow team on March 20. However, he has been told that he may face some problems in wicketkeeping for some time. In the first few matches, KL Rahul will be seen playing only as a batsman. Lucknow Super Giants are not going to face any problem because the team already has two excellent wicketkeeper batsmen. In place of KL Rahul, Quinton de Kock or Nicholas Pooran can be seen keeping wickets for the team in the upcoming season. Nicholas Pooran has been appointed as the vice-captain of the Lucknow franchise for the upcoming season.
