Let us tell you that the tournament is going to start from 17th November. A total of six teams will be seen playing in the tournament. Apart from India, this time West Indies, Sri Lanka, Australia, England and South Africa are participating in the tournament. The first match will be played between India and Sri Lanka at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. A total of four matches of the tournament will be played here, after this 6 matches will be played in Lucknow and 8 matches will be played in Raipur. This also includes the final and semi-final matches of the tournament. Former legend Sachin Tendulkar is going to captain India, while West Indies’ Brian Lara, Sri Lanka’s Kumar Sangakkara, Australia’s Shane Watson, England’s Eoin Morgan, South Africa’s Jacques Kallis are going to captain. Regarding the upcoming season of the tournament, League Commissioner Sunil Gavaskar said – Legends from every country will play in the International Masters League. Let us tell you that the first season of the tournament will start at the end of the year. A total of 6 teams will be seen participating in the first season, in which apart from India, former veteran players from teams like Australia, South Africa, West Indies, England and Sri Lanka will be seen playing. The idea of starting the tournament is the brainchild of Sachin and former Indian opener Sunil Gavaskar. Gavaskar has been appointed as the commissioner for the first season of the tournament. The tournament is being organized in collaboration with India’s leading sports management company PMG Sports and SPORTFIVE. Apart from Sachin Tendulkar, some big cricketers of world cricket will be seen taking part in the tournament. Sunil Gavaskar gave a big statement Regarding the upcoming season of the tournament, Commissioner Sunil Gavaskar said – The rise of T20 cricket provides a great opportunity to relive the magic of the game we love. The International Masters League will bring fans closer to the legends they have admired over the years. Fans will get a golden opportunity to see their favorite players in action once again.
