He became the first player to score the fastest triple century in the Hyderabad vs Arunachal Pradesh match. On the first day of the match, he completed his triple century in 147 balls. He has become the first player from India to score the fastest triple century in a first class match. He ended his innings against Arunachal Pradesh yesterday on 26 January by scoring 323* runs in 160 balls. After this, when he came out to bat today, he made a special record in his name.
