It is absolutely okay that you do not know what to do next. Sometimes just being there for that one day takes you forward. Often you do not need the light at the end of the tunnel. You only need the light on the next step. We have heard of many people who ended their lives due to depression. I have personally felt this. When I was going through clinical depression, I often felt like I was a burden. I was looking for answers.
