Regarding this, Anoop Srivastava, Founder Director of Jaipur Wax Museum, said that for the last one year, there was a demand to make a statue of Virat Kohli from tourists crazy about Virat, especially small children and youth. His opinion was that King Kohli’s statue should definitely be in the museum. We have decided that now that Virat has become a sports icon for children and youth, what could be a better opportunity than this. Statues of some great cricket players are already present in Jaipur Wax Museum. Let us tell you that wax statues of former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and ‘God of Cricket’ Sachin Tendulkar are already present in this museum. Now the addition of Virat Kohli’s statue further strengthens the museum’s commitment to preserving the legacy of India’s cricket greats. Apart from this, the museum also includes wax statues of great personalities like Swami Vivekananda, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar. Director Anup Srivastava said that we have always had a clear decision regarding the selection of statues that instead of celebrities, those great personalities who can inspire our future generations should be given a place in the museum. Till now, wax statues of 44 big personalities have been installed in the museum. Jaipur Wax Museum is the first such museum which is built in an almost 300 year old fort. Also, it is different from other museums of the world because every effigy here has been installed with a specially made set. Where each backdrop is adorned with hand-painted paintings, murals, exclusive mannequin accessories, exclusive photo walls and a special scent. The special thing about Jaipur Wax Museum is that Jaipur Royal Family figures are also installed in the royal court made of gold work carving.
