India is out of the Hong Kong Sixes Tournament.
The Indian team captained by Robin Uthappa is out of the Hong Kong Sixes Tournament. India, part of C Pool, could not win a single match in this tournament. In reply, India could score only 129 runs after losing 4 wickets. Stuart Binny was the top scorer from India. His bat yielded 44 unbeaten runs in 11 balls. Captain Uthappa added 43 runs in 10 balls. At the same time, India had to face defeat by 15 runs at the hands of England in the second match on Saturday. England had scored 120 runs at the loss of one wicket in this match. England captain Ravi Bopara scored 53 runs in 14 balls and Samit Patel scored 51 runs in 18 balls. Whereas India could only make 105/3 in 6 overs. Talking about India’s first match, it was played against Pakistan. In this match, India had to face defeat by six wickets. India scored 119 runs on the basis of Bharat Chipli’s innings (53 in 16 balls). In reply, Pakistan won the match by scoring 120 runs in five overs without losing any wicket. Asif Ali retired after playing an inning of 55 runs in 14 balls.
