Team India’s youth brigade performed brilliantly at Arun Jaitley Stadium, won the T20 series against Bangladesh.


In the second T20 match played today i.e. on 9 October, India defeated Bangladesh by 86 runs at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.

In the second T20 match played today i.e. on 9 October, India defeated Bangladesh by 86 runs at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. In this match, all the players from Team India performed well and played an important role in the victory of their team. Bangladesh players failed to leave their mark in the second T20 also.

Let us tell you that in the second T20 match played at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, India, batting first, scored 221 runs after losing 9 wickets in 20 overs. The team’s start was not so good and the hosts lost the first three wickets for 41 runs. Abhishek Sharma scored only 15 runs while Sanju Samson was out on a personal score of 10 runs. Captain Suryakumar Yadav also returned to the pavilion after scoring 8 runs.

However, after three wickets fell soon, Nitish Kumar Reddy and Rinku Singh from the host side batted explosively and made a valuable partnership of 108 runs for the fourth wicket for their team. While on one hand Nitish Kumar Reddy scored 74 runs in 34 balls with the help of four fours and 7 sixes, on the other hand Rinku Singh played a brilliant inning of 53 runs in 29 balls with the help of 5 fours and 3 sixes.

Apart from these two, Hardik Pandya contributed 32 runs while Ryan Parag scored 15 runs. For Bangladesh, Rishad Hussain took three wickets while Taskin Ahmed, Mustafizur Rahman and Tanzeem Hasan Saqib took two wickets each.

Team India won the T20 series

Bangladesh team, which came to chase the target, could only score 135 runs after losing 9 wickets in 20 overs. For the team, experienced player Mahmudullah played an inning of 41 runs while Mehdi Hasan Miraj scored 16 runs. Parvez Hussain also played an inning of 16 runs while Liton Das contributed 14 runs. Bangladesh batsmen batted disappointingly.

For Team India, Nitish Kumar Reddy and Varun Chakraborty took two wickets each while Arshdeep Singh, Washington Sundar, Mayank Yadav, Ryan Parag and Abhishek Sharma took one wicket each. India is leading 2-0 in the three-match T20 series.
