srh vs PBKS: Let’s know the turning point of the match-
A score of 150-170 would have been very low against a good batting team like SRH. Keeping this in mind, amazing batting was seen from Punjab Kings. Prabhsimran Singh played an inning of 71 runs in 45 balls with the help of seven fours and four sixes. At the same time, Atharva Tayde and Riley Rousseau missed half-centuries. Atharva was out after scoring 46 runs in 27 balls with the help of five fours and two sixes and Rousseau was out after scoring 49 runs in 24 balls with the help of three fours and four sixes.
After this came the turning point of the match where Sunrisers Hyderabad got a blow on the very first ball of the innings. Arshdeep Singh clean bowled Travis Head on the very first ball and he was out without opening the account. Punjab Kings had a great opportunity to create pressure here but they did not take advantage of this opportunity.
After dismissing a batsman like Head, it seemed that SRH would be under a bit of pressure and would start slowly. But the partnership that Abhishek Sharma formed with Rahul Tripathi (72 runs partnership between them) and Nitish Reddy completely handed the match to SRH. Abhishek Sharma was out after scoring 66 runs in 28 balls with the help of five fours and six sixes.
This young batsman’s batting at a strike rate of 235 did not allow SRH to come under pressure, which was an important turning point of the match. If Punjab had been trying to get Abhishek Sharma out, perhaps he would not have lost his grip in the match. The turning point of Arshdeep Singh taking the wicket was foiled by Abhishek Sharma’s innings.
