Former Indian player Dinesh Karthik recently opened up about a strange incident that he experienced while touring South Africa with the India-A team in 2013. Karthik said that the team was staying at Sun City and they felt some paranormal activity. He is not sure about what he saw, but during the night he saw something moving in his room.

Dinesh Karthik while talking on a show of Cricbuzz said,

While we were staying in Sun City, I felt some strange movement in the room at an odd time in the night. I don’t know exactly what it was but I can tell you it was a creepy feeling.

Dinesh Karthik announced his retirement from all formats of the game after IPL 2024. After this, Royal Challengers Bangalore has appointed him as mentor-cum-batting coach. However, Karthik is going to be seen playing on the field again. He has been signed by Paarl Royals for the third season of SA20.

Let us tell you, Dinesh Karthik is the first Indian player who will be seen playing in this league. Karthik says that “I have a lot of memories of playing and touring in South Africa. When this opportunity came, I couldn’t refuse it. Because it would be special to get back to competitive cricket.”
