I don’t think about wickets, my focus is that if you bowl well, you will get wickets automatically. My idol has always been Zaheer Khan and I have followed him a lot. Another domestic player is Harpreet.

When I came, I saw her bowling for the first time and it was in my mind that I have to become like her. She was bowling very well inswing and when I saw her for the first time, it was in my mind that I also have to bowl like that.

Smriti Mandhana also gave a big statement about her batting

Ahead of Women’s Asia Cup 2024, Smriti Mandhana said, ‘My mindset is to bat according to the ball being bowled. Sometimes you are batting first and sometimes later.
