Lucknow Super Giants’ young fast bowler Yudhveer Singh Charak and Mumbai spinner Himanshu Singh will join the Indian camp in Chennai on September 12. While playing for Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premier League 2023, Yudhveer Singh Charak took three wickets in three matches. Yudhveer Singh Charak can bowl at a consistent speed of 140 KMPH and at the same time, he can also play an important role by coming down the order and batting.

Yudhveer Singh Charak has learned a lot of things in the Lucknow Super Giants camp with the current Indian team head coach Gautam Gambhir. According to KSportsWatch, a source close to Yudhveer Singh Charak said, ‘He got a call yesterday and he has been asked to come to Chennai on September 12. This is big news for him. This is the beginning of Yudhveer’s chances of making a place in the Indian team.’

A source told The Times of India, ‘Himanshu Singh is 6 feet and 4 inches tall and his bowling action is quite similar to that of Ravichandran Ashwin. Team India’s chief selector Ajit Agarkar and his fellow selectors were very happy with Himanshu Singh and that is why he has been included in the team as a net bowler.’

The first Test between India and Bangladesh is starting from September 19. This match will be played at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. After this, the second Test between these two teams will be played in Kanpur.
