T20 World Cup 2024 starts from June 2

Abhay Sharma becomes head coach of Uganda team

In the caption of this post, the team wrote – A 3-year contract has been signed with experienced Indian coach Abhay Sharma. With a specialist background in first-class cricket and extensive coaching in the Indian set-up, Sharma has been tasked with taking Uganda to new heights.

On the other hand, after joining the Uganda team, Abhay Sharma said in an official statement – I am here to contribute to the team’s aspirations, which include defeating the top teams in the world in the upcoming World Cup.
Also, if we give you information about Abhay Sharma, Abhay, who has played 89 first class and 40 List A matches, was a part of the Delhi team that won the Ranji Trophy in the year 1988-89. Before the Uganda team, he has coached India A, India Under-19 and Delhi and Himachal Ranji Trophy.
