Ayub scored the first half-century of his ODI career. He scored 82 runs in 71 balls with the help of 5 fours and 6 sixes. After this, Shafiq along with Babar Azam took the team to the target. Shafiq returned unbeaten after scoring 64 runs, while Babar Azam remained unbeaten after scoring 15 runs.

Let us tell you that Pakistan had lost the first ODI at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), but by winning the second match, they have leveled the series 1-1. Now the third and deciding match of the series will be played on 10 November at Perth Stadium.
