Actually, the International Cricket Council (ICC) shared a video on its social media handle on Sunday, June 9, giving fans a glimpse of Tendulkar’s baseball session. Former India cricketer and coach Ravi Shastri became the pitcher for the legendary batsman. Meanwhile, ahead of the India vs Pakistan T20 World Cup 2024 match, legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar wished both the teams. Speaking to the media at an event in New York, Sachin Tendulkar said, “The match between India and Pakistan has always been a big and exciting one.

My first World Cup match was against them in Australia. All the World Cup matches we have played against them have been thrilling and tough, which people have enjoyed a lot. Talking about the T20 World Cup from 2007 to 2022, all these matches have been tough and exciting. I would like to wish both the teams all the best. However, my wishes will be a little more for India.

Meanwhile, Sachin along with Ravi Shastri distributed cricket kits to children in New York and shared his experiences related to the game with the children. Sachin also recalled his childhood days and the day when he received his first kit from his sponsor. Talking about the history of ICC T20 World Cup, both Asian teams have faced each other seven times and India has won the match six times out of these. Pakistan won once.
