IND A vs PAK A: The match is being played between India A and Pakistan A in the ACC Men’s T20 Emerging Team Asia Cup 2024. In the match, India decided to bat first. On behalf of the team, Abhishek Sharma and Prabhsimran Singh came out to start the innings. Both the openers gave a great start to Team India and added 68 runs for the first wicket. Abhishek Sharma scored 35 runs in 22 balls with the help of 5 fours and 2 sixes.

He was dismissed by Sufiyan Muqeem. Abhishek tried to play Mukeem’s ball over point, but Qasim Akram took a good catch and Abhishek Sharma had to return to the pavilion.

However, after taking the wicket, Sufiyan did something that heated up the atmosphere. In fact, while celebrating the wicket, Mukeem pointed towards Sharma and asked him to leave. On which the Indian opening batsman became very angry. He was going back to the pavilion after getting out, but after seeing Muqeem’s gesture, he decided to stop and answer Sufiyan.

India A scored 183 runs

Batting first at the Al Emirates Cricket Ground (Ministry Turf 1) in Oman, the Indian team performed brilliantly and scored 183 runs on the board. Opener Prabhsimran Singh scored 36 runs in just 19 balls, while captain Tilak Verma played the role of anchor by scoring 44 runs in 35 balls. While batting at number four, Nehal Vadhera scored 25 runs in 22 balls.

The team struggled a bit in the middle overs. Ramandeep Singh played a good inning of 17 runs in 11 balls, but Ayush Badoni and Nishant Sandhu disappointed. Meanwhile, Jammu’s Rasikh Salam ended the innings with a six. Muqeem Sufiyan was the most successful bowler for Pakistan, taking two important wickets for 28 runs in four overs.
