Talking about the match, on the third day, New Zealand had advanced its innings with a score of 198/5, but the Indian bowlers had all out the Kiwi team within the next 57 runs. In this way India got the target of 359 runs in the fourth innings. Virat Kohli came to bat in the fourth innings when India had lost the second wicket at the score of 96.
