Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) veteran batsman Virat Kohli was recently seen leaving the Mumbai airport after returning from Kolkata. He played the IPL 2024 match against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at Eden Gardens on Sunday afternoon. In this high scoring match, RCB had to face defeat by one run.

Their next match will be against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Hyderabad on Thursday (April 25). Since there are a few days left for RCB’s next match, Virat Kohli took advantage of this opportunity and went straight from Kolkata to Mumbai to spend time with his family. Some videos of Kohli are going viral on social media in which he is seen coming out of Mumbai airport.

Virat Kohli will probably never forget the recently concluded match against KKR. Actually, there is a lot of controversy regarding the way Virat Kohli was out in this match. Many veteran cricketers have given their different opinions on this. Former cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu and many fans say that the ball on which Kohli was dismissed was a no ball. However, former Indian all-rounder Irfan Pathan said that there was no elasticity in that ball and as per the rules, Kohli was out.

What actually happened was that, in this match, Virat Kohli became the victim of Harshit Rana. Rana bowled a full toss on the first ball of the third over, on which Kohli came out of the crease and tried to play a shot and was caught by the bowler. The on field umpire declared Kohli out. But Kohli believed that it was a no ball. After this, he took DRS, which did not go in his favour. Kohli was very angry while returning to the pavilion.

Let us tell you that in this match Virat scored 18 runs in 7 balls. During this, he hit one four and two sixes. However, RCB had to face defeat by one run in a thrilling match. KKR had scored 222/6 at the Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata. In reply, Bengaluru team could score only 221 runs.
