Famous Bollywood actor Saqib Saleem revealed during a YouTube podcast that he has played a match against Virat Kohli. He revealed this on a YouTube podcast which was hosted by Shubhankar Mishra.

Saqib Saleem said, ‘Brother, when I played for U-19 Kashmir, Kohli used to play for Delhi. That’s why we played a match against each other and when I saw him batting, I understood that he will definitely play for India one day. I don’t know about senior cricket but in junior cricket, I saw Virat Kohli playing for the first time in the club level tournament in the U-16 and U-19 categories.

Saqib Saleem further said, ’15-year-old Virat Kohli used to hit the bowler’s ball all around the park at that time. He used to hit not just small sixes but also big shots. At one point, I understood that this is a different kind of talent.’

Virat Kohli will now be seen playing in the three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka starting August 2. A three-match T20 series is starting between India and Sri Lanka from today i.e. July 27. After this T20 series, a three-match ODI series will be played between these two teams. Virat Kohli will definitely want to leave his mark in the upcoming ODI series.
