Virender Sehwag revealed his squad for T20 World Cup 2024


According to the former Indian batsman, Rohit Sharma should captain the team and Yashasvi Jaiswal should play with him as an opening batsman.

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 is going to start soon. This tournament will be played in West Indies and USA in the month of June. Regarding this important tournament, former Indian opener Virender Sehwag has announced his probable Indian playing XI.

In Club Prairie Fire Podcast, Virender Sehwag told about his Indian team for T20 World Cup 2024. According to the former Indian batsman, Rohit Sharma should captain the team and Yashasvi Jaiswal should play with him as an opening batsman. According to Sehwag, Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav should bat in the middle order and Rishabh Pant should be included in the team as wicketkeeper.

The most surprising decision of Virender Sehwag was that he did not give place to Hardik Pandya in this team. Ravindra Jadeja has got a place as an all-rounder in Virender Sehwag’s playing XI.
