Due to the possibility of the birth of a child, Rohit Sharma did not go to Australia with Team India. Now after the birth of the son, according to reports, Rohit will not be available for the Perth Test, as he will stay with the family. Meanwhile, former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly wants Rohit Sharma to leave for the Perth Test as soon as possible. Ahead of the first Border-Gavaskar Trophy Test against Australia, Ganguly said he wants India’s Test captain to play the opening matches in Perth as the team needs leadership. Opening batsman can go to Australia- Sourav Ganguly Speaking to RevSportz, Ganguly said that Ritika has given birth to their child, so the opener can now travel to Australia and get in form ahead of the first Test. I hope Rohit Sharma leaves soon because the team needs leadership. His wife gave birth last night, so I’m sure he can go. He can go as soon as possible. If I were in his place, I should play the Perth Test. Ganguly said that the match is still a week away. Because this is a big series, he will not go to Australia after this. He is a brilliant captain. India needs his leadership for a start. Shubman Gill out of first test Team India has suffered a big setback before the Perth Test. Former Australian cricketer targeted Gautam Gambhir, said- he is not suitable for the Indian team

Gambhir had given a sharp reaction to Ricky Ponting’s statement regarding the form of senior batsman Kohli and captain Rohit Sharma. Gautam Gambhir and Tim Paine The Indian team is all set to play the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 against Australia. At the same time, before the series, the phase of rhetoric is going on from both the camps. In this series, former Australian captain Tim Paine has given a big statement regarding head coach Gautam Gambhir. He believes that Gambhir is not fit for the post of head coach. Let us tell you that the first test match between India and Australia will be played in Perth from 22nd November. This series is going to be very important for Gautam Gambhir. Because recently India had to face a clean sweep in the home Test series against New Zealand. There has also been defeat in the ODI series against Sri Lanka. In such a situation, there is a lot of pressure on Gautam Gambhir as head coach. Before leaving for Australia, Gautam Gambhir addressed the media, in which he gave a very sharp reaction to Ricky Ponting’s statement. There were reactions from fans including former cricketers on this. Now former Australian cricketer Tim Paine has also spoken openly on this. What he was asked was a very simple question – Tim Paine I didn’t like his reaction, the former wicketkeeper-batsman told SEN Tassie. I think this would not send a good signal. What he was asked was a very simple question. That said, I think he’s probably still looking at Ricky as someone he’s playing against, but Ricky is a commentator now – he’s paid to give opinions, and his opinions. It was absolutely correct. Virat is struggling, it is a matter of concern. But for me, the biggest concern for India at the moment is not Rohit Sharma’s batting, not Virat Kohli’s batting, it is their coach and his ability to remain calm under pressure. Paine further said that, Ravi Shastri had created a great atmosphere, the players were energetic, they played with passion, he sold them dreams and really inspired them in a light and entertaining way. They’ve got a new coach now who’s really angry, competitive. And that doesn’t mean it’s not a good thing and not a good way of coaching – but my concern is that it’s not suitable for the Indian cricket team.
