Sehwag gave shocking statement regarding other T20 leagues

Let us tell you that in a discussion with former Australian opener Adam Gilchrist on Club Prairie Fire podcast, a question was asked to Virender Sehwag. The question was ‘Do you see a time when Indian players will ever be able to go and play in other T20 leagues?’ So Sehwag has answered this question in a very bold manner. Sehwag said- No, we do not need, we are rich people. We don’t go to any poor country to play another T20 league.

Apart from this, he said in this show that when he was dropped from the Indian cricket team, he got an offer from the BBL franchise, but Sehwag rejected that offer. Sehwag said about this incident-

I still remember when I was dropped from the Indian team, I was playing IPL at that time, then I got an offer from BBL that I should participate in Big Bash. I said ok, how much money will I get, he said 1 lakh dollars. I said that I can spend this much money on my holidays. The bill for the night before that was only 1 lakh dollars.
