The third and last ODI match between India Women and Australia Women’s team (INDW vs AUSW) is being played today at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. In this match, Mannat Kashyap made his debut for India. She is playing in place of injured Sneh Rana. Mannat took 9 wickets in 6 matches in that tournament, including a 4 wicket haul against Scotland. Only Parshvi Chopra had taken more wickets than him for India in the Under-19 World Cup.

The left-arm spinner also played a key role in the ACC Women’s Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2023 final in 2023. He bowled brilliantly with the new ball in the final match against Bangladesh and took three wickets for 20 runs in the quota of four overs. Patiala-born Mannat Kashyap was bought by Gujarat Giants for Rs 10 lakh in the 2024 Women’s Premier League (WPL).
