Shardul Thakur is also struggling with a knee injury.
Indian cricket team’s fast bowler Mohammed Shami (Mohammed Shami) will reportedly travel to London to consult a specialist regarding his ankle injury. Mohammed Shami was injured during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 in November last year, due to which he is still out of the cricket field.
However, Mohammed Shami had performed well in the ODI World Cup 2023, for which he was also honored with the Arjuna Award. Meanwhile, the Indian fast bowlers, after the two-match Test series against South Africa, now failed to prove their fitness for the first two matches of the five-match Test series to be played against England at home.
Mohammad Shami is going to London for specialist advice
Meanwhile, according to a Cricbuzz report, Mohammed Shami may soon leave for London along with National Cricket Academy (NCA) head of sports science Nitin Patel. A report in Cricbuzz said that Shami and Nitin Patel decided to consult a specialist while they were working together on the fast bowler’s injury at the NCA in Bengaluru.
