Harmanpreet Kaur’s team has registered a spectacular victory in both the matches held so far. The team’s aim in the upcoming matches is to maintain its form and face challenges.
But meanwhile, Mumbai Indians have suffered a big blow. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur and Shabnim Ismail are injured, due to which both are not playing the match against UP Warriors. Nate Siver-Brunt is captaining the team in place of Harmanpreet Kaur.

Harmanpreet Kaur was injured before the match, the team management did not want to take any risk with the captain. Due to which Harmanpreet Kaur is not a part of the playing 11. Also, Shabnim Ismail also got injured, and she is also not part of the playing 11. Humair Qazi and Issy Wong have been included in the playing 11 in place of Harmanpreet Kaur and Shabnim Ismail.
Mumbai Indians captain Nat Siver-Brunt said during the toss, ‘The match Harman had got injured before the start and we wanted to give him rest. Shabmeen Ismail has a minor problem and is out. Harman has led us well, I have learned from him. A lot of slogans were raised for RCB, but we also did a good job of silencing the crowd.
Harmanpreet Kaur has shown excellent performance in both the matches played so far in the Women’s Premier League 2024 season. Harmanpreet Kaur played an inning of 55 runs in 34 balls in the match against Delhi Capitals. In the match against Gujarat Giants, he played an unbeaten inning of 46 runs in 41 balls.
